Students from Bucknell ENST 411: Environmental Community Projects under the direction of Dr. Andrew Stuhl are working with BVRA on a study to refurbish the West Field Trail which is at the end of the West Fields and extends to Fairground Road.

West Field Trail is a beautiful little hidden gem of the community which invites nature play and exploration of native plants and animals. There is a bog in this natural wetlands and other natural areas to enjoy. This nature trail was developed around 2005 but was not maintained for the past decade. It is a beautiful resource which BVRA intends to preserve for the community.

Please participate in the Bucknell ENST411 Class Survey regarding the BVRA West Trail as BVRA begins to restore the trail for public and educational use. Watch for future program information on BVRA’s website www.bvrec.org
