Time to tumble or get off the tramp. STATIC is the last step recreational gymnasts take before getting to a competitive team try out! Usually, kids have been in gymnastics for years and have been through one year of Pulse before getting an invitation to Static. Static is usually a year long program. During this year, kids prepare to join the Energy Gymnastics Team and have a safe, competent, and competitive first year. Static is a 120 minute class that meets once a week, and costs $160 for an 8 week session. Athletes will attend Static in addition to another recreational class, but will receive a 20% discount off of their total rate due to the multi-class discount. Static classes are Tuesdays at 5:30pm.
