Surge!

The final step in our recreational program is SURGE! Surge is a 120 minute class primarily for kids 8 and older, or younger children that have been in gymnastics for a few years. It meets once a week.  It costs $160 for an 8 week session. Kids in Surge work on tough stuff… back handsprings, cartwheels on beam, and a consistent strength development on bars.  This program is great for kids who want to push the limits of recreational gymnastics or prepare for a competitive track. Surge classes are Mondays at 6:30pm, Wednesdays at 6:30pm, Thursdays at 5:30pm and Saturdays at 10:30am.
