We start to see some serious skills develop at this level. Athletes learn connections between skills on all events. We push for superior physical conditioning and flexibility. On vault and trampoline flight skills are the priority. Bars adds swinging and jumping elements. Rings and parallel bars add inversion skills to complete routines. Beam adds acrobatic elements. And on floor we start to tumble!
