Adult Jujitsu 

The Adult Japanese Jiu-Jitsu consists of strikes, kicks, throws/takedowns, joint locks, and grappling techniques designed to build strong self-defense skills. Jiu-Jitsu strives to develop united mind, body, and spirit.

Children’s Jujitsu

The Jiu-Jitsu children’s programs consist of kicks, punch kicks, throws/takedown, joint locks, and grappling techniques presented in a sport atmosphere. This class strives to develop self confidence, discipline, and respect.

About the Instructor: Jeff has been studying martial arts for the past 38 years. He holds a 7th degree black belt in Jujitsu, a 6th degree black belt in Arnis, and a 3rd degree black belt in Karate. He is the United States representative for the Dagooc Arnis System (DAS) from the Philippines under Grandmaster Rodel Dagooc. He has been teaching self-defense programs at Lockhaven University for the past 20 years. He currently owns and operates the Susquehanna Valley Academy of Martial Arts.
