As we kick off a new year, a new session, and a new gym, we also have a new regular program to add - Rhythmic Gymnastics!
Rhythmic Gymnastics is a sport that focuses on flexibility, dance, and dexterity as athletes use various pieces of equipment to showcase routines. If you've ever seen performances with balls, bands, and ribbons... that was Rhythmic Gymnastics!
During these classes, we will continue to introduce many of the basics of rhythmic gymnastics that we started in the Rhythmic Gymnastics clinics in 2017, while also being able to move into more advanced skills due to the regularity of a weekly class and additional coaching staff.
