Fitness on the Field

 

FREE CLASSES!!! Fitness on the Field will be offered for free on October 4th, October 11th, and October 18th.  Come meet our new instructor Sierra, and start your fitness routine for free!

School's in session and the leaves are changing- what better time to start chasing your goals!? 

BVRA will be offering a 6 week Boot Camp style class ... Don't let the name intimidate you, this class is for anyone who wants to get fit and strong and most importantly be their best self. 

The class is a circuit training type of class with all body weight moves and exercises you can do at home the rest of the week, with modified exercises for people just getting started and advanced exercises for those who want a challenge! 
 
Participants are encouraged to bring a yoga mat or towel, as you will be working out outside. 

 

About the Instructor

Sierra Pequignot has been teaching cardio boot camp style classes for 8 years. She started her passion for fitness with running, and has since expanded to lifting and circuit training. She is looking forward to sharing her knowledge and excitement with BVRA!
