Be your best with Every-Body

Why group fitness? Motivation, Accountability, Camaraderie

Whether you are a fitness beginner or an elite fitness expert, HIIT is a great way to reach your personal fitness goals. HIIT, or high-intensity interval training, is when you alternate intense bursts of exercise with active recovery. Each move can be modified for injuries, pregnancy, and beginners. The program combines a full body workout with the most efficient use of your time.

Each class will start with a dynamic warm-up, 2 rounds of total body exercises focusing on upper/lower muscle groups using compound moves, 1 round focused on core strength, class will end with a lengthening active cool down and stretch. Class time will not exceed more than 45 mins in total. There is no equipment necessary, a towel and water bottle are recommended.

“Every-Body” Lunch-Break Class: Tuesday/Thursday 1pm-1:45pm FULL Body HIIT with core component.  **On-site drop in child care available for Lunch-Break Class**

Drop in fee for class $5
